The Shape Fitness Experience
Shape Fitness has been serving the Chickasha, Oklahoma area since 2013. Our gym provides memberships, tanning, CrossFit, an aerobic room and certified trainers. We strive to build a comfortable atmosphere at any stage of fitness you are in. We are excited to work with you to build your goals.

Our Gym has a variety of equipment for every need.
Free Weight Equipment
Our dumbbells go up to 120 lbs, and our Barbells go up to 110 lbs. We also have a Smith machine, bench press, incline bench, decline bench, and squat rack.
Cable Weights
We have a variety of cable machines to hit every part of the body. We have them sorted by the muscle group to make it easier for your convenience.
Cardio
We also have a variety of cardio equipment. We have treadmills, ellipticals, stairmaster, rower, and more.

Hello, I am Blake. I am the owner of Bentbar CrossFit. Fitness has always inspired me. It is my way to be able to successfully help someone achieve a seemingly "impossible way of life." I have been training for around 20 years. I love being part of the community at Shape Fitness. Having a good facility with good equipment to be able to do what I love and help others in the process.
